We offer a variety of hijabs including chiffon, jersey, silk, cotton, and pashmina. Our collections feature different styles, colors, and prints to suit all preferences and occasions.

2. Where are your hijabs sourced from?
Our hijabs are sourced from high-quality suppliers around the world. We prioritise materials that are both comfortable and durable to ensure you receive the best product possible.

3. Do you offer any accessories?
No, we do not offer accessories at the moment. Please check back regularly or sign up to our mailing list as we aim to add to our product lines on a regular basis and we will update our email subscribers first.

Ordering and Payment

4. How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our online store, add the desired items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping and Delivery

7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the UK. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.

8. How much does delivery cost?
At Deen Inspired, we are pleased to offer a flat delivery cost of £2.95, regardless of your order amount. All orders are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail.

9. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 2-4 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon will be sent out the same day, ensuring that you receive your items as quickly as possible. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience with affordable and efficient delivery every time you shop with us.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Returns and Exchanges

11. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For more details, please visit our Return and Refund Policy.

12. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at contact@deeninspired.co.uk to initiate the return process.

13. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Product Care

14. How should I care for my hijabs?
Most hijabs come with care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the quality and colour of the fabric.

15. Can I iron my hijab?
Most of our hijabs can be ironed on a low setting. For specific care instructions, please refer to the label on your hijab.
