2.1 We strive to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

2.2 All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

2.3 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

3.2 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

3.3 Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We offer a flat delivery cost of £2.95 for all orders, regardless of the order amount.

4.2 Orders are shipped via Evri and are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4.3 Orders placed before 12 noon will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

4.4 We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or any other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

5.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@deeninspired.co.uk.

5.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Deen Inspired or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on our website without our express written permission.
