Refund and Return Policy for Deen Inspired


At Deen Inspired, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.



  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.


  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  4. Return Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed.



  • Refunds are only issued for items returned within the specified 30-day return period and in compliance with our return policy.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


  1. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. This process may take up to 7 business days.
  2. Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.


  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the item and issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
